Few days after hosting a private listening
party for the launch of her highly anticipated debut album, Seyi
Shay's album 'Seyi or Shay' is out. The album consists of 18 tracks
and one bonus track features superstars like Cynthia Morgan, Phyno,
Sound Sultan, Wizkid, Olamide, Shaydee, Patoranking, Timaya, Femi
Kuti, D'Banj, Banky W and Iyanya.
The album takes listeners through a
musical journey infused with different sounds of the Afro-beat
culture as Seyi Shay expresses her two sides - Seyi and Shay. The
album also features production from top notch producers like Grammy
award winning Harmony Sammuels, Del B, Hugo, Dokta Frabs, Legendury
Beat, Pheelz, TY Mix amongst others.
Born in the UK to Nigerian parents,
Seyi Shay relocated to Nigeria to kick off her singing career in 2011
after being convinced by Naija Ninja boss Sound Sultan.
